Exhibition curation and scenography
Following three stages, the exhibition draws from 10 years of activity at the Reims Studio to question designers’ ability to spot and integrate new practices in their projects
- Six young designers question the vast food world with their own words
- Singular prospectives with a selection of student projects developed in partnership with some important groups from the Agri-food industry (CIV, Quick, La Grande Epicerie, etc…)
- Living and sensory projects uniting five ESAD post-graduates and students from the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française Grégoire Ferrandi, during five evenings of culinary performances preceded by scholars talks.
These three staged are linked by a meeting point, a space called totem-library made of reference texts talking about food, human sciences, etc…
